Mediation

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary process where divorcing/separating couples can resolve disputes with the help of an impartial mediator without the need for court intervention. During emotionally heightened times, the mediator’s role is to enable couples to reach mutually acceptable agreements by keeping the conversation focused and both parties’ voices heard. The mediator will not take sides.
